Owl ornament


Here is my first effort at a Christmas ornament. This is one of the owl ornaments  from the links listed below. I've learned a few things with this simple project, including what satin stitching is, and what yo-yos are. (The whites of the eyes) My daughter enjoyed picking the fabrics out for this one and another I'm currently making.

    Ohhh I love it, Dais! Owls are fast becoming a favorite of mine. I think I need to make some for my tree. :)
